Thai Yellow Curry Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 g “Regal Thai®” Yellow Curry Paste
- 300 ml “Regal Thai®” Coconut Milk
- 300 g. Chicken
- 200 g. Potatoes, peeled and cut into cube.
- 1 tbsp Shallot, deep fried
Directions
- Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes until cooked and set aside.
- Add the yellow curry paste with 100ml of coconut milk, stir well over a medium heat
- Add chicken info a pan and stir until cooked
- Add the rest (200ml) of the coconut milk and cooked potatoes into the pan. Keep stirring occasionally.
- Add fish sauce to taste and garnish with deep fried shallots. Serve hot with “Regal Thai” Jasmine Rice.
