Easy Thai Panaeng Curry Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp “Regal Thai®” Panang Curry Paste
- 2 tbsp Vegetable cooking oil
- 150 ml “Regal Thai®” Coconut Cream
- 250 g Chicken or meats.
- 1 kaffir lime leaf, thinly sliced.
- Fish Sauce and Palm sugar to taste
Directions
- Add vegetable oil and scoop the curry paste into frying pan at low heat. Stir until the curry paste well blend with cooking oil
- Add 4 tbsp. coconut cream to the curry paste, stir in medium heat until boiled.
- Add chicken or meats, stir until thoroughly cooked.
- Add the remainder of coconut cream stir, bring to boil
- Add fish sauce and palm sugar to taste and garnished with kaffir lime leaf and serve hot with “Regal Thai” Jasmine Rice.
