Famous “Tom Yum Soup” Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 g “Regal Thai®” Tom Yum Paste
- 50 ml “Regal Thai®” Coconut Milk
- 400 ml Water
- 200 g Shrimp or chicken
- 200 g Mushrooms
- “Regal Thai®” Fish Sauce and Lime to taste
- 4 sprigs chopped coriander leaves
- Bird’s eye Chili for Garnish
Directions
- In a cooking pot, bring water to the boil.
- Add Tom Yum paste and coconut milk to the water and return to the boil
- Add fresh mushrooms and boil until its done.
- While the soup is boiling add the prawns.
- Turn off the heat, add fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and fresh red chili. Serve immediately.
