Seafood Stir Fry Rice Vermicelli
Ingredients
- 150 g “Regal Thai” Rice Vermicelli
- 25 g Fresh prawn, shelled and de-veined
- 20 g Fresh squid, shelled and cut in pieces
- 20 g Fresh fish (any of your choice)
- 20 g Carrot, diced
- 20 g Broccoli, cut in piece
- ½ Tbsp “Regal Thai” Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp “Regal Thai” Natural Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp “Regal Thai” Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cup Chicken Broth
Directions
- Soak rice vermicelli in fresh water about 5 minutes until soft and set aside.
- Add vegetable oil into cooking pan with medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and stir until a bit yellow, add prawn, squid and fish, stir well.
- Season with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar.
- Add all vegetables and stir again until cooked.
- Add rice vermicelli and chicken broth, then stir again and serve.
